Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or program offered by Digital Sandip Academy. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Student acknowledges that the enrollment in the digital marketing course offered by the Institute is voluntary.
  2. Students understand and accept that the course fee is non-refundable/returnable or transferrable at any circumstances, once payment has been made.
  3. Student agrees to pay the due fee on or before the date given by the Institute. Otherwise, the Institute has full rights to cancel the Student Admission and there will be no refund.
  4. After paying the Registration Fee, it is mandatory to generate the Enrollment Number within three days after registration. Otherwise, the Institute has full rights to cancel the Student Admission and there will be no refund.
  5. Student acknowledges that participation in the DSA Internship Program is mandatory. If a student does not participate, Digital Sandip Academy does not guarantee placement assistance.
  6. Student agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct set forth by Digital Sandip Academy during enrollment in the course.
  7. Study material and Portal Access given to students is proprietary material. It should not be shared, copied, circulated, disclosed, reproduced, duplicated, or distributed in any form. Strict action will be taken against violation. In case a student is found involved in any violation of copyrights of Digital Sandip Academy material or Portal, the admission will be cancelled.
  8. Student acknowledges that Digital Sandip Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the course, change instructors, or alter the curriculum as deemed necessary.
  9. Student agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of Digital Sandip Academy and refrain from unauthorized distribution or reproduction of course materials.
  10. Student agrees and understands that Digital Sandip Academy is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage that may occur during the course.
  11. Student acknowledges that Digital Sandip Academy may use photographs, videos, or testimonials featuring the student for promotional purposes, unless the student explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
  12. You need to attend classes regularly. If you miss more than 3 classes continuously, DSA has the right to terminate you from the class and you will be shifted to the next upcoming batch.
  13. You need to submit all assignments by the given deadline.
  14. If you want to attend an online class, you need to inform in the official group or mail us before attending online.
  15. If you want to learn more practically, you have to participate in the Internship program.
  16. There will be only one lunch break from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
  17. You must pay the fee installments on or before the given deadline.
  18. If you face any emergency and are unable to attend classes, you need to submit an application to the DSA Office or send an email.
  19. If you want to switch your batch from current to upcoming or next batch, you need to submit an application or email.
  20. If you do not want to do any assignment or internship work, you need to sign an application form provided by us.
  21. If you are looking for a job, you must attend all classes regularly, complete assignments, and participate in the DSA Internship Program and Tayari Job Ki. If not, DSA will not be responsible for your placement.
  22. If you want to become a Digital Marketing Consultant or start a business, you must attend all classes regularly, complete assignments, and participate in the DSA Internship Program and Sunday MasterClasses. If not, DSA will not be responsible for anything.
  23. If you miss any class, you must watch the previous lecture through the online portal before attending the next class.
  24. If anyone is found spreading dirt, junk, snack packets, or any kind of trash in the class, this act will be punishable.
  25. Student agrees to pay additional costs apart from the course fee if there is a requirement for any software or tool subscription, or for Convocation, trips, or parties organized by Digital Sandip Academy.
  26. By sharing mobile number and email ID, students consent to receive mail and messages from Digital Sandip Academy. The institute does not guarantee confidentiality of the number and email ID, though measures will be taken to keep them secure. Digital Sandip Academy will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of communicating with a student by email and/or SMS.
  27. You agree that Digital Sandip Academy shall under no circumstance be liable to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform or any portion thereof occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, pandemic, lockdown, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Digital Sandip Academy.
  28. Student agrees that Digital Sandip Academy has the right to change the Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform, Portal and Programs after changes have been made will be taken to indicate that you have read and accepted those changes.
